How long does a typical project take?
Most projects go from kickoff to production in 4–8 weeks. I work in fixed-scope sprints — you know the timeline before we start.
How does pricing work?
I quote a fixed price for an agreed scope before any work starts. The first assessment is free: describe your process, and I'll tell you what's worth automating and what it would take.
Do I need to change my ERP system?
No. I build around the systems you already have — ERP, and whatever else is in place. Replacing a working ERP is rarely the cheapest way to fix a process.
What if it doesn't work?
Every project has a defined scope and acceptance criteria, agreed before I start. You only pay for working automation. I don't bill for discovery that goes nowhere.
Can I see examples of your work?
Most of what I've built runs inside internal systems that aren't mine to publish. One exception is the document demo on this site, which you can try on your own documents. In a 15-minute call, I'll sketch what a comparable system would look like for your process.
I'm not technical — can I still work with you?
Yes. I handle the technical side end-to-end. You describe the process that's costing you time; I build the solution and hand it over running.
Do you work with companies outside Switzerland?
I work mostly with Swiss SMEs, but automation doesn't care about borders.
What happens after delivery?
You get a system with a built-in configuration surface — runtime settings, templates, and rules you can change without touching code. If you need changes beyond that, we scope a follow-up.
